Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali

The room was very clean, big enough for me and 2 children. Having water server was a big win. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool especially the water slider and the play area.

We had a great time. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. I went with my wife and three children (10, 8 and 6) and they loved the breakfasts and food options. My kids thought the pool and kids club was amazing. We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel in Kuta and found the pool, while awesome, was too massive and we couldn't keep track of our kids. Prime Plaza Suites had a smaller pool that kept my children just as entertained but I could see the whole pool from one location. The location is a little bit off the main ***** but it was easy enough to catch a Grab or Gojek to get to where we wanted to go, or there is a back entrance that is only a short walk to the main ***** of Sanur. My family is absolutely willing to go back again sometime.

The kids enjoyed the pool and activities in the kids club. There is also free shuttle bus to the beach or can easily get a grabcar. The suite is big and everyone enjoyed the space.

I don't recommend this hotel if you plan to stay there for more than a couple days. Very noisy, the windows are so thin, you can hear everything. Children are screaming from the morning till late night. Mosquitoes in the rooms. The smell from canalisation. Chairs make noise when move.
