Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali

Great resort, highly recommend, I asked for a room away from lifts, and found my self right outside of them. I asked why and was told all the 1 bedrooms are located in front of the lifts...

Great sized room for a family (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living area and balcony) for an affordable price. Facilities were great - two massive pools, including one with shallow pools for kids plus a big water slide. Also a games room with video games, kids toy structures, ping pong, soccer table and heaps of other things. Every second night they played a kids movie in the outdoor garden on a big projector screen. You certainly won't be bored here! Need to give particular praise to the breakfast buffet. Firstly, the service was excellent - greeted with friendly hellos and smiles each morning. Secondly, the range and quality of the food was great with particular attention paid to the hygiene standards. I liked how the fruit was placed behind sliding doors and further back to prevent people from touching. Overall it was a great stay and my family and I would love to come back one day!

The room was very clean, big enough for me and 2 children. Having water server was a big win. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool especially the water slider and the play area.
