Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali

The room was very clean, big enough for me and 2 children. Having water server was a big win. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool especially the water slider and the play area.

We had a great time. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. I went with my wife and three children (10, 8 and 6) and they loved the breakfasts and food options. My kids thought the pool and kids club was amazing. We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel in Kuta and found the pool, while awesome, was too massive and we couldn't keep track of our kids. Prime Plaza Suites had a smaller pool that kept my children just as entertained but I could see the whole pool from one location. The location is a little bit off the main ***** but it was easy enough to catch a Grab or Gojek to get to where we wanted to go, or there is a back entrance that is only a short walk to the main ***** of Sanur. My family is absolutely willing to go back again sometime.

The kids enjoyed the pool and activities in the kids club. There is also free shuttle bus to the beach or can easily get a grabcar. The suite is big and everyone enjoyed the space.

We had a really pleasant stay at Prime Plaza Suites Sanur and would rate it a solid 8/10. It’s especially great for families with small kids—the setup and atmosphere make it very easy and comfortable to stay here with little ones. The staff stood out as particularly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. There are also nice snack and drink deals during the day, which we found convenient and good value. Breakfast was good and offered enough variety for everyone to find something they like, though it wasn’t particularly exceptional. The dinner restaurant, on the other hand, felt a bit average compared to what you can find nearby. One of the biggest advantages is the location. Sanur has so many great cafes and restaurants within easy reach, so next time we would probably skip the breakfast option and explore more outside instead. Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly place with excellent service—definitely a good choice when staying in Sanur.

A lovely holiday resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom balcony suite and it was awesome. Nice and spacious with 2 bathrooms. The pools were great and the water slide, a huge hit! The staff went out of their way to learn our names and greet us, and the children, personally. The kids club activities were also wonderful and the breakfast buffet was beautiful. The restaurant was great with plenty of choice and lovely food.
