Good location, easy to the sight seeing area, has one lift, lobby provided drinking water. No noise.easy to find restaurants. Cannot park the car or loading luggages in the front door, need to carry luggages from other area.  Cannot put the makeup stuff inside the toilet due to no space

The hotel is very close to the attractions, so you can easily pop back for a rest if you're tired from walking, which is convenient for taking pictures of Ghent by day and night. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are quite small. I'm not sure why the price was so expensive on the day I stayed.

A soulless and overpriced mass hotel in the center of Ghent. Lots of noise at night from (drunk) hotel guests and, at sunrise (which was 5:36 AM this morning), Islamic morning prayers... a unique experience, but also extremely unpleasant. The rooms are ultra-basic (even a bottle of water was missing), like in the lowest Ibis segments, but at double the price. Breakfast is also basic. Moreover, you have to collect your own cutlery and plates from the bottom shelf of a rack at floor level. Tables are not set. There's also no control over who shows up for breakfast. The quality of the (limited) selection available is mediocre to poor.

Very clean hotel, stayed at 4th floor, it was quiet and we have good sleeps. Very near to attractions and scenery. Recommend for stay if visit Ghent.

Great location, right in the town centre with easy access to shops and restaurants. They have free all-day, self-service coffee, tea and hot chocolate, plus a water dispenser in the lobby. No-frills in the room - basic toiletries, good shower and flatscreen, but no kettle, no shower cap, no slippers, and no laundry service. Communication with reception is via chat but there's good free wifi throughout. Daily breakfast was scrambled eggs, meats, mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, cheese, bread, pastries, yogurt and cereal with a selection of coffees and teas. Oh, rooms are not soundproof so if you're a light sleeper, ask for one facing inside, not facing the street.

Well-maintained room + bathroom (for 2 people). Very good and large bed. The room could have been a bit bigger. Good and tasty breakfast. Ideal and close to both the parking garage and the city center.
