Really enjoyed my stay here! Great location, close to shopping and easy to find halal food nearby. The room was spacious, with laundry facilities which came in handy. Loved spending time at the swimming pool and having coffee at the Pacific Lounge. And the mango-scented toiletries… love the smell! Too many good things to mention. Overall, an awesome stay. Would definitely come back!

My roommate and I came to Kuala Lumpur for a weekend getaway and decided to try this Pan Pacific since we hadn't experienced an apartment-style hotel before. The location is pretty good, quite close to Pavilion. Initial impressions of the facilities weren't exactly luxurious, but they were relatively new and acceptable—until we washed up at night and the absurdity began. One sink was completely clogged and wouldn't drain at all, while water poured out from the pipes underneath the other sink the moment it was turned on. The showerhead was also half-broken. We just managed to get through a very frustrating night somehow. When we reported it to the front desk the next morning, they simply moved us to the same room type on a higher floor, with no extra compensation or even an apology. The public areas on the rooftop—including the breakfast restaurant, pool, and gym—are all very mini-sized, though they do use Technogym equipment. Overall, I'd say the experience was just so-so...

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m just as happy with my choice! When my friends planned a trip to KL, I immediately recommended this hotel, and they agreed to stay here too. No regrets at all! The location is great and convenient, and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL!

Great location right in the city center with a lovely environment. The room is clean, tidy, and fully equipped. As an aparthotel, it allows you to cook your own meals. There is a huge walk-in closet, a small living room, and all the furniture you need. The swimming pool is nice, and you can enjoy complimentary tea and coffee 24/7 on the rooftop. The gym is also good, and the service is decent. Overall, it was a great experience. However, I have to say that Trip.com is once again taking advantage of loyal customers—the price was higher than on other platforms. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved, and the stay itself was quite pleasant.

Booked 2 nights on Trip.com but subsequently changed my booking to 1 night. This caused some issues during check-in as the hotel’s system still indicated a 2-night stay, so it took quite some time for me to be assigned a room. These were minor issues, so we did not report them to the hotel. It would be good if the hotel could look into improving the room inspection and housekeeping checks to ensure everything is in good condition before guests arrive. Overall, the location and amenities of the hotel was good. Despite the initial hiccups, Jon’s prompt assistance and professionalism made our stay a pleasant experience.

Overall, it was quite good. The room was clean and the location was excellent. The only thing was that I'm not sure if there's a gym or something similar above this room, but there were several loud thudding noises during the day. Other than that, everything else was great. I would choose to stay here again next time. It was very spacious.
