Overall is 11 out of 10!!
All staffs are polite, helpful, kind.
The entire resort is well-maintained! Good for photo shooting (clean, greenery, sea, clear sky)
Service is excellent, the hotel prepared surprise gift for our honeymoon and birthday, we spent a great honeymoon and birthday there.
The only downside is the alcohol price (~30%-50% more expensive than other places in Bali)

During my 6-day, 5-night stay at AYANA Segara Bali, I experienced an unforgettable blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Balinese charm nestled within the expansive AYANA Estate in Jimbaran. From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel truly welcome, setting the tone for a relaxing and indulgent holiday.
My room was a perfect sanctuary, featuring modern design with natural materials that beautifully framed views of lush tropical gardens and the Indian Ocean. The indoor-outdoor layout, complete with a private terrace, allowed me to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and tranquil surroundings throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and thoughtful touches that enhanced the experience.

Ayana Segara Resort it's huge and there are Rimba and villas around the entire resorts, there are free trams services and buggy ride to take so no worries. I think the main attraction for guests to stay in ayana is to go to Rock Bar to enjoy a romantic beach front sunset dinner. Reax, Recharge and Rejuvenating, All the staffs is very welcoming and attentive. Will definitely come back soon.
