The staff were really welcoming and understanding. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread offers a good variety. However, I found the 10 MYR nightly tax for foreigners quite surprising, especially since no receipt was provided for it.

Very enjoyable stay at the Westin, KL! Friendly staff upon arrival and throughout the stay. Room very clean and a comfortable bed and powerful shower. Breakfast was outstanding: vast array of food and stocks replenished by the attentive staff. Will definitely consider booking again !

Really convenient location right opposite Pavillion Mall. Room is spacious and clean with all the amenities needed, and clear view of the district. Would visit again next time I’m in KL.

I suggest the room lighting be brighter. When showering, water seeps out onto the floor, making it wet and slippery! Pls check back the toilet glasses door.

Despite being an older property, the hotel still offers a great location, excellent service, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. The only issue was the elevators. Although there are 4 lifts, one was out of service throughout our 3-night stay. As it was a holiday period and the hotel was running at high occupancy, waiting times for the lifts were often quite long.
