The location is excellent, right opposite the Twin Centers with direct access to Metro Line 1. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so you don't need to book hotel breakfast; you can experience authentic old Beijing breakfasts. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room. It would be perfect if the room also had a refrigerator. The service was top-notch; they promptly helped us mail back items we left in the room. We will definitely choose Guotai again when we visit Beijing.

The location is convenient, and the front desk staff was very helpful, even assisting with my express delivery. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Overall, a good experience.

The hygiene was excellent, no odd smells, and everything was spotless. The bedding was comfortable. It's so rare to get a good night's sleep when traveling for business. The service was warm and attentive, and the surrounding transportation was very convenient. I'm truly satisfied.
