An old hotel. I stayed in a two-bedroom here for a month in 2023 with my family and kids. This time, I came alone for a business trip and checked in late at night. It was raining in Guangzhou, and coming up from the underground exit of Victoria Plaza in Tianhe felt as familiar as coming home. I was so tired, I slept like a log.

The apartment is very spacious. Main room has ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Toilet with electronic bidet seat. Second bedroom has a super single bed, we paid for an extra bed. Second toilet in kitchen is clean. Well equipped kitchen. There is washing machine and dryer as well. Just that the carpet is a bit worn out and initially there is a weird smell upon entering the apartment but after opening the windows & airing the place, all is good. Aircon and shower works well. Overall is great for us. There are security at lobby which is great. Staff are friendly and professional. Location is great. Steps away from VT101, walking distance to Grand View mall, many shopping malls and metro station.

The room was spacious and clean, which is hard to find in the Tianhe area. I think this is one of the best. The apartment building itself is in a quiet area, but as soon as you step out, you're right in the bustling heart of the city. It's truly an oasis of calm amidst the lively surroundings. During the day, there was some renovation noise from other residents, which could be a bit loud. However, if you're out and about during the day, it's not a big issue. The nights were very peaceful.

Facilities: The room was huge and spacious, fully equipped. I just didn't expect it not to have central air conditioning, but rather one of those old-fashioned jacuzzi tubs. It felt like something from the last century, so I didn't even use it. Hygiene: It was cleaned very thoroughly, you could tell they put a lot of effort into it. Environment: Even though it's in the city center, it felt very quiet. The environment was fantastic. Service: Very good. They gave us breakfast vouchers, which was a nice touch, even though we didn't end up using them.
