Galaxy Hotel

This was my fourth visit to Macau, and I finally managed to book the Galaxy Hotel, which my mom had been longing for. It was truly excellent, the only hotel I've ever stayed at that allowed early check-in and extended our check-out time to 3 PM. Rachel, who checked us in, was particularly kind and professional. I really appreciate this kind of service. I learned that regular rooms are usually reserved for casino guests, and not always available to the public. The room size was just right, and all the drinks at the minibar were complimentary. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit older, so the power outlets and switches are a bit dated. Hotel guests get free access to the water park; I only had a quick splash this time as we didn't have much time, but I'll definitely go again next time. My mom said she wants to stay at another Galaxy-affiliated hotel next time. One thing to note is that the shuttle from Galaxy to the airport isn't on a continuous loop; it operates on a fixed schedule, so it's best to plan ahead to catch the right bus and avoid missing your flight.

The hotel's location is convenient, and they offer a plethora of children's amenities and gifts, plus a cute little tent. My kids absolutely love it every time! Galaxy Hotel is, without a doubt, the most convenient hotel for accessing Grand Resort Deck and the Kids' Club. This year, the Grand Resort Deck even added new kids' slides. The hotel staff are also incredibly thoughtful. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!

This hotel offers excellent value for money for a family summer trip! The service was superb, and the breakfast was great. Plus, they offer a shuttle service, which is a big plus!

The room feels really old and dated. The toiletries and disposable amenities are very basic, not really fitting for a hotel of this caliber. The Skywave Garden is actually pretty good though, no complaints other than it being crowded.

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: Excellent! They even set up a tent for the kids. The room overlooks the Grand Resort Deck, which is super fun and convenient!!! Plus, it's incredibly convenient for concerts!!!! Hope the hotel adds more rooms 😊 I'll definitely go again next time 😏😏😏😏

Very kid-friendly, staff are patient and understanding. Close to the water park, both adults and children had a great time. Would definitely visit again if we have the chance.

The kids' facilities felt a bit limited, but everything else was great. The hotel amenities were all top brands, and there were plenty of drinks. The service attitude, in particular, was excellent! Excellent!
