Galaxy Hotel

The twin room at Galaxy Hotel, though not very spacious, was comfortable. They set up a tent for the kids, allowing both adults and children to rest independently. The room also offered a nice view, and my child, who loves cars, enjoyed watching numerous vehicles from the window every morning. The in-room coffee machine was an Illy, and the coffee smelled wonderful and fragrant. For children, they provided a set of amenities including toothbrushes, slippers, picture books, and bath towels. Breakfast at the hotel was semi-buffet. While the self-service section didn't offer a vast variety, the items were quite exquisite. Having been accustomed to the extensive full buffets at other hotels, I was a little disappointed. However, the dining environment was pleasant. Breakfast hours were from 7 AM to 11 AM, and lunch was from 11:30 AM to 2 PM, so you could choose a time slot. The children's play facilities were exceptionally rich, with outdoor water play, sand play, and an indoor Kids' Club. Keeping the children entertained at the hotel for a whole day was not an issue. Overall, the experience at Galaxy Hotel was quite good, as it's a reputable long-standing hotel. During check-out, the front desk staff, Martin, even gave us a small gift, which was very thoughtful. We checked out the day before the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel mentioned there would be more surprising activities during the festival.

Traveling with my family, I finally booked the hotel I've always wanted to stay at. Summer is super busy, so I avoided the peak season – what a relief! The front desk lady was very responsible and meticulous; she saw that my child's birthday was this month and upgraded our room for free, even giving us a thoughtful little gift. The hotel is impeccable, the details are just perfect. My child loved playing in the water, and we could go shopping and eat downstairs. It was fantastic!

Great service, very clean and hygienic, and the Bvlgari green tea shampoo has a lovely, refreshing scent~ Will definitely come back! Highly recommended~~

The design, execution, and quality control are all on point, with every single detail taken to the ultimate level—from small items like toothbrushes and slippers to major fixtures like the air conditioning and exhaust fans. Sheel at the front desk was also very dedicated and professional.

This was our first time staying at the Galaxy Hotel with the family. Since it was a weekday (Thursday), the room rate was quite reasonable. Special thanks to Alannis at the front desk for her warm hospitality. She personally walked us over and pointed us in the direction of Taipa Village, and also arranged a tent setup for our daughter, who was absolutely thrilled~ The Kids' Club and Grand Resort Deck are both fantastic for children. The Kids' Club offers various workshops—we joined a Halloween cookie-making session. It was my daughter's very first cooking workshop; she got to play and eat, making it a truly memorable experience. We spent 5-6 hours at the Grand Resort Deck. My daughter's favorite was the kids' water play area with the slides, and the other themed zones were also a lot of fun. However, the wave pool might be a bit too intense for a 3.5-year-old~ All in all, the kids had an absolute blast and are already planning our next trip back next week 🤣

This time I booked two rooms for a family trip with the kids. Galaxy Hotel has a fantastic location, very close to Taipa Village. The hotel also has plenty of facilities, making it ideal for families traveling with children—the little ones loved it! A special thank you to Jaclyn at the front desk, who gave us a checkout gift and checked in on our travel itinerary, and to Peter the bellman, who helped us store our luggage. Overall, the experience was wonderful. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the surroundings were also very lovely.

I've stayed at Galaxy Hotel many times. Located in the heart of Taipa, it's very convenient to get around to the surrounding areas. The hotel also features plenty of entertainment facilities—the swimming pool and Grand Resort Deck on the 2nd floor are fantastic. During check-out, the front desk agent Jaclyn even asked about my onward travel plans and gave me a departure gift. I will definitely stay here again next time~

This was my first time staying at the Galaxy, even though it's my fourth trip to Macau. No need for long explanations, this place is heaven on earth! The room is beautiful, the view is great, the staff are friendly, it's clean, and the mini-bar is well-stocked! Most importantly, the Galaxy Deck was the highlight of our family trip. We'll definitely go again next year!
