There were cockroaches in my room, and one even tried to get into my suitcase! I had to quickly pack my bags and lock them up, otherwise, I might have brought a cockroach all the way home with me. Absolutely disgusting.

Facilities: Fully equipped, apartment-style. The fridge is a Bosch, and the microwave and hairdryer are all there. Hygiene: So-so. There were ants, and a lot of them! The room itself was acceptable; however, there was a strange odor upon entering, which was unpleasant. What was most disappointing was the additional charges for basic amenities. I have never encountered a 5-star hotel that charges RM20 per item for extra towels or drinking water, including an extra bath towel upon request. This is totally unacceptable and unreasonable for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 5-star property.
