Our first night in Kuala Lumpur was spent at The Face Suites. Check-in at the front desk required English, but once we got to our room and opened the door, we had a view of the Petronas Towers right outside the window. The view was definitely a highlight, and there's an infinity pool on the rooftop which you need your room card to access. After one night, we felt it was good enough to extend for another. However, my friend's room had ants, and they even crawled into her luggage. Overall, it's great for photos, but the cleanliness is just average.

I’ve had such an amazing stay at The Face Style Hotel! Honestly, the hotel was so comfortable that I didn’t even feel like going anywhere—I just wanted to relax in the room the whole time. I booked the Executive Deluxe City View room, and it was absolutely worth it. The view of KL Tower from my room was stunning, especially at night. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The infinity pool was another highlight. You get a breathtaking panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, and it’s definitely a must-visit during your stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of delicious food and a wide variety of choices to suit everyone. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with amazing city views. Can’t wait to repeat my stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been in Malaysia for five days, and this is the first time I've had an allergic rhinitis attack due to dust in a hotel. 2. It was cramped, chaotic, and felt unsafe. The hotel shares a lobby with other establishments; it's not a standalone hotel. There are many different hotels on the ground floor, and you're essentially sharing a building with others. There are only three elevators, which are always packed, leading to very long waits. With guests from various hotels mixing, it felt very insecure. 3. The value for money was extremely poor. You had to pay extra for bottled water, and room service was practically non-existent. The air conditioning in our room was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep.
