Good location easy to access Klcc. Fast respond and fast check in at reception. Overall is a nice experience in this hotel.

The room is big and clean! Staff receiving us at the recept are very polite n helpful.
The only downside is that the elevator is very stuffy, for timing like check in and out or peak period it can be suffocating when its packed

The room was quite good. I was worried about the soundproofing, but the room they gave us was in a good spot, so we weren't really bothered by motorcycle noise at night.

The rooms are great in every aspect, excellent location, and the facilities are top-notch. It's a very popular spot, clearly a网红 (Instagrammable) place, and I have absolutely no complaints. The room was also wonderfully quiet.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, especially the front desk staff. Everyone, from the receptionists to the restaurant hosts and even the baggage handlers, is incredibly polite and gentle. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed at, easily comparable to Marriott, InterContinental, and even Bulgari properties.
