The problem is to access to the letterbox room. Is not located at the lobby but outside where you have to go by the side, open the door & go down to the basement to access to the room.
The toiletries like toilet paper (already used), supposed to be new one like the hotel & no body wash & shampoo provided and only one small dustbin. supposed to have at least 2.
These are my comments.

The unit is so terrible, dirty and worst part is cockroaches!! Will definitely not recommend this abnb to anyone. RM880 for two nights is certainly not worth it.

The room is over rated . The toilet has strong smell of mothballs. Lack of rack for shampoo and soap in the shower area.
Towels provided is not fully dried, but the person in charge promised to changed for us.

Right after our booking is confirmed, the mgt should contact us to assure us and let us know who to contact if anything goes wrong. This want done and when I called the no. given, it always went into busy mode

The sanitation of the B&B is very poor. The service staff did not inform us of the check-in information. I felt very bad when I entered the room! The toilet sanitation is extremely poor! The air conditioner is not cold. You have to turn on two air conditioners and a fan to feel cold!
