Z Hostel

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The hostel itself is clean, affordable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, my experience was affected by a group of volunteers staying in the same dorm room. They were quite loud, talking and making noise late into the night, which made it difficult to rest. Since dorms are shared spaces, I hope the hostel can remind guests to observe quiet hours and be more considerate of others who are trying to sleep. Overall, it's still a good place to stay, but I hope guest etiquette is enforced more consistently for everyone's comfort.

The rooms were pretty basic, and would benefit from some maintenance. A/C was ok but very noisy. Indoor hostel areas had low light. The rooftop bar is definitely the highlight with lots of activity on evenings from guests and external visitors, with a DJ playing music and great views. The food is very, very bad. Ordered a Margherita pizza which I honestly thought couldn’t go wrong and it was so bad I could not eat it. Staff was mixed - some were kind, others not that much. Location is on a safe area to explore makati on foot.

Great place to stay if you’re in Manila, especially as a solo traveler! The rooms are spacious, clean, and they even provide a bathrobe, which is a nice touch. The rooftop has a fantastic social vibe,it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset, meet new people, and enjoy a great night out. To top it off, the staff are some of the nicest and most fun people you'll ever meet. Highly recommend!

Z hostel. So its in makati manila. Beside the mad monkey manila hostel. Good location. You can include the breakfast as well. Not a cheap hostel. They have a rooftop bar. And also the view is 360 degree. Worth the view. Bathroom is attached to the dorm. So quite convincing. All over good. They have a coffee shop to you can do breakfast there by paying. They have the filter water for free. Rating 8/10

Had such a lovely stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was definitely the roofdeck bar—the view overlooking the city was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The atmosphere was calm and romantic, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were warm and accommodating throughout my stay. But what really made the experience special was being able to sit up on the rooftop, enjoy a drink, and take in the beautiful skyline. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort with a great view, this hotel is definitely worth it. I’d happily stay here again.

The location was great, especially if you are looking for a place to chill, meet new people (locals & foreigners), around many good cafes and restaurants, and convenience stores. I haven't tried their food, but the service was good and the hotel has a lot of events that you can join. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. I would definitely come back.
