Haven't found the right hotel yet?
Pros: The service was great, the room was very new, and the toiletries were L'Occitane. There was a super large TV, taxis could drop us off right at the entrance, and there was a designated area for food deliveries. The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view.
Cons: The building is still undergoing some renovations, so we occasionally heard some noise, but it didn't disturb us during our rest times.
The room is quite spacious and has everything for our short stay including coffee machine and microwave and provide branded shower gel and dental kit that is rarely being provided by some airbnb.
My kid loves they playground and pool and of course, the TV especially because they have access to Youtube and other options so he is not bored at all. Overall highly recommended for families who prefer comfort and easy access to everything!
My partner and I booked this place out of curiosity, not knowing what to expect, but it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the accommodation, the atmosphere, and the exceptional hospitality. We enjoyed our stay so much that we spontaneously extended it by another night because one night simply wasn’t enough. That alone says how much we loved the experience.
The biggest highlight was the outstanding service. The team was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Their attention to detail and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed.
If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just a room, a place that delivers an exceptional guest experience, this is it. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
