Just checked out of this guest house and must share this awful accommodation experience to prevent other travelers from making the same mistake.
Terrible service attitude
On the first day during check-in, the front desk receptionist was extremely cold and showed zero basic service etiquette. The booking website clearly stated the room size as 8 square meters, but they actually gave me a room only 6 square meters! When I pointed out this issue, they reluctantly moved me to the correct-sized room. This deceptive practice toward guests is absolutely infuriating.
Extremely poor soundproofing
The room was actually located within the same unit as the reception area! Whenever guests checked in or out, the talking, luggage dragging sounds - there was absolutely no concept of private space.
Concerning hygiene conditions
The toilet overflowed with sewage every time after flushing - extremely unsanitary! Every time I used the toilet, I had to carefully avoid stepping in the sewage - absolutely disgusting.
Outdated and deteriorating facilities
There was a small refrigerator in the room, but it was completely rusted beyond belief - I wouldn’t dare put any food in it. Continuing to use such deteriorated electrical equipment shows complete disregard for guests’ health and safety.
