A.C. Art Museum Hotel

The room was quite spacious, and the service was excellent. The staff proactively asked if we had enough water and even provided a few extra bottles. The shower had great water pressure, though the sink's pressure was quite low. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. They provided extra bath towels since I was traveling with a baby, which was very thoughtful. The front desk staff were also very accommodating. On check-out day, I was delayed by over two hours due to an embassy matter, but the front desk told me to take my time and not rush. I'll definitely be bringing my family back to stay here again in the future.

This is my third time staying at Oga after returning from abroad. The room is very spacious and bright, and it even has a refrigerator, which many hotels in Beijing lack. What was truly touching was that we needed to refrigerate our insulin, and I had ordered ice packs online. Tina Chen at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kindly offered to receive the package and freeze the ice packs for us; it was really heartwarming. When checking out, Annie Li also provided us with a lot of assistance. A big thank you to all the staff at Oga; they are so warm and friendly. Highly recommended to everyone.

Facilities: There are indeed many exhibits, I forgot to look at them, but each floor has unique exhibitions. It's very distinctive, and the environment feels very high-end. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. Ambiance: The ambiance feels like a museum, quite stylish. Service: The service is also great. Location: It's right next to Sanlitun, which is absolutely amazing!

The service was great, and the environment was really good too. The room was spacious. My only issue was with the mattress and pillows – they were too soft for my personal preference. I'm used to latex pillows, and a bad pillow means a bad night's sleep for me. Also, the facilities are quite old.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable, with a wonderful artistic atmosphere.
