Worth Elite Hotel

Room size was too short but rest all things was fine like cleanliness, staff and location. Recommended for location . If you are travelling a solo trip then size would be ok.

This hotel is very close to Masjidil Haram and Zam zam tower. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good our stay was. Yes, the room was small, but it was acceptable considering we were only around 10-15 minute walk to Masjidil Haram. A big shout out and thanks to the duty mánager, her name escapes me. But she was excellent at her job, súper friendly, managed to get us checked in by 1.30pm even though official check in time was 4pm. We were so grateful since we just completed umrah and were so tired. There are only 3 lifts, but *************, we never had to wait too long for it. Would we stay again, yes insyaallah!

Our stay was comfortable overall, thanks to the very helpful staff. Miss Aala was especially kind and arranged a beautiful Clock Tower view room for us. Although we appreciated her gesture, that room had several issues with the bathroom size, and layout etc, most of them were resolved after a room change. However, the commode design issue remained the same across all rooms(not enough space as the right leg touches the wall), as confirmed by the staff. Bidet pressure needs to be checked please as its very high at start when you press it. The layout etc is something not in control of staff as it was due to how the hotel was constructed. Miss Aala did her best to ensure that our stay is comfortable. She is a very kind lady and the staff is also well mannered. Specially Mr Ahmed who greatly welcomed us upon arrival. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a 5–10 minute walk to the Haram — and cleanliness was well maintained throughout our stay. Despite the challenges, the staff’s cooperation made our experience pleasant. Thank you very much.

The location is great, walkable on flat surface to Masjidil Haram. It’s about 10 min walk to the mosque due to the crowd. The lady at the reception is fabulous - warm, friendly, accommodating. She was very kind to me. Because i stayed here, i was able to go to the mosque for every prayer time. Plenty of food shops and supermarkets nearby. Short walking distance to taxis when the road is closed for prayers. The only complaint is the lift which is a bit slow. I would definitely stay here again, in shaa Allah

Excellent location. Room is small but manageable for 1 person. However, the bed was really small, if you’re taller or bigger, it won’t be comfortable,

Great value for money and the location is really good. Very near Haram. Rooms are good and service too.
