Worth Elite Hotel

Room size was too short but rest all things was fine like cleanliness, staff and location. Recommended for location . If you are travelling a solo trip then size would be ok.

This hotel is very close to Masjidil Haram and Zam zam tower. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is good but the problem is thry have limited staff to help you to take your luggage in. Also, for elderly people it is not suitable.

When i first came they were really nice and helped a lot but when i was checking out i told one of the workers to help me bring my baggage from my room to the ground floor i was checking out at 1am keep in mind that Mecca is 24/7 open everywhere because ppl come and go but they never came I went to the reception and there were no workers I check the whole building and coudnt find any workers I had to bring everything down my self and when i was putting my luggage in the car they all suddenly came back and were giggling and laughing while i struggled to get my baggage down i have a family of 7 this was the worst service ever when i checking in it was a 2 star hotel and when I was leaving it was a 1star

We were pleasantly surprised by how good our stay was. Yes, the room was small, but it was acceptable considering we were only around 10-15 minute walk to Masjidil Haram. A big shout out and thanks to the duty mánager, her name escapes me. But she was excellent at her job, súper friendly, managed to get us checked in by 1.30pm even though official check in time was 4pm. We were so grateful since we just completed umrah and were so tired. There are only 3 lifts, but *************, we never had to wait too long for it. Would we stay again, yes insyaallah!

This hotel is very close to Masjidil Haram, making it very convenient for guests. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Housekeeping was done every day and our towels were changed regularly. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of shops, making it easy to find everything you need.

It was a GREAT experience ! The view is superb and worth to stay here !
