Show More ReviewsFour-star recommendation. This pristine geological wonderland is well worth a visit. Millions of years of weathering have sculpted reddish-brown rock walls, creating rich layers of Danxia and salt dome landforms. The panoramic views, framed by distant snow-capped mountains, are expansive and tranquil, perfect for capturing stunning wilderness photos. A shuttle bus connects the various canyons, and the gentle wooden boardwalks offer breathtaking vistas from the viewing platforms. The only drawback is the limited amenities and supplies; driving yourself or bringing your own water is recommended. The natural scenery is magnificent and unique; a must-see for those who appreciate off-the-beaten-path landscapes and photography enthusiasts.
