This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and very comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and any requests were handled promptly. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The hotel's location near Dongtang is very convenient for getting to the city center by taxi, taking only 15 minutes. It's next to Youyi Mall and Pan Xiaobao amusement park, making it a great spot for a National Day holiday trip. Plus, there's a Heytea (Cha Yan Yue Se) downstairs, which is very handy.

This hotel offers great value for money. It's surrounded by many shopping areas with plenty of food options. The stay was quite comfortable and very quiet, and the room was kept spotlessly clean. The service was absolutely excellent.

Staying at this hotel again on my return to Changsha, and I've recommended it to my friends too – they all loved it. There's a Cha Yan Yue Se (bubble tea shop) downstairs, so no need to trek far. Deliveries are brought up promptly by a robot. Even during the National Day holiday, the service was excellent, and they upgraded our room type. Highly recommended for families with kids. It's also convenient to get to Orange Isle by subway. There's a convenience store downstairs, and BBQ stalls at night. The hotel even offers free laundry service, and the lobby has complimentary wellness tea and hot water. Breakfast generally meets expectations.

The surroundings are very convenient, with direct subway access and a shopping mall nearby. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. They even had popcorn and candy floss during the National Day holiday, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also very generous.

Choosing this hotel was such a smart decision! There are so many popular attractions nearby, and authentic local food is everywhere. The weather was cool and pleasant too. Getting around was easy, and the overall stay was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha!

The room was decent, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, especially the noodle soup and toast. The stinky tofu they had was okay, pretty standard. The main issue was the terrible soundproofing in the room; I could hear conversations in the hallway quite clearly late at night. The air conditioning in the room was also just average. However, overall, it was still acceptable. It's very close to the subway station, but when you get to that station, I recommend exiting towards Friendship Mall directly from the underground passage, it's more convenient. There's a 'Mr. Dawang' restaurant in the mall right next to the hotel, and other delicious Hunan restaurants nearby that locals frequent, so they're authentic and you usually don't have to queue.
