Excellent service at this hotel! My Khe Beach is right across the street, and they even offer free afternoon tea. I'm very satisfied with this hotel, definitely five stars!

We stayed at the Monarque Hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean, and they tidied it every day. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. On my check-out day, it was raining, and the staff helped us carry our luggage to the car and even sheltered us with an umbrella to make sure we didn’t get wet. Overall, we had a really good experience during our stay. The breakfast was another highlight — the food was good, with different varieties each day.

The room was a bit small and the overall lighting was a little dim. The window overlooked other buildings. Other than that, everything else was great. They offer afternoon tea in addition to breakfast, and the staff are very friendly. Every morning after breakfast, they'd come over to say hello and ask how our meal and stay were. The hotel is right by the sea, and it's also very convenient to get to other attractions.

I really liked the hotel! The staff is very helpful and strives to make the guests feel comfortable. Afternoon tea is a separate feature of the hotel. How cool is that! From 14 to 17 in the cozy cafe you can drink tea/ coffee with delicious and beautiful cakes. The beach is a 5-minute walk away + small, but very beautiful and cozy pool. There are a lot of pleasant things in this hotel. For example, cute delicious cookies with a postcard every evening in the room. I would love to return there with my family again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — near to the beach side, surrounded by seafood restaurants. The room and common areas were spotlessly clean, and housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout our stay. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Special thanks to Anita, who provided exceptional service. Anita went above and beyond by arranging a surprise birthday cake for my daughter, which completely made her day and created a very memorable moment for our family. This level of thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality is rare and truly appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
