I am very upset with the room rates this time. I booked 2wks before travel and the rates abnormal high. Location perfect, near kl sentral and near to Klia express.

The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station. You can see the signs as soon as you exit the station. The soundproofing is great; despite being right above the station, you can barely hear any noise. The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area. Breakfast was very plentiful.

This hotel is super convenient, located near Kuala Lumpur Sentral, just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of choices. The staff provided excellent service. We also found it very easy to get around by car since it's such a central location, making it convenient to find any type of transportation. Highly recommended!

The hotel room is clean but the bathroom door is loose… overall is good and match with the price.

The hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk through the shopping mall to get to Central Station! It's perfect if you're arriving in Kuala Lumpur by train or airport express. However, during check-in, I couldn't find anyone who spoke Chinese, so I had to manage with my limited English. Also, the shower head in the bathroom is fixed overhead, so if you don't want to wash your hair, you'll definitely need a shower cap (for a room with two king-size beds for four people, there was only one disposable shower cap provided).

Worth staying at. Especially suitable for first-time visitors to KL, those needing to take the airport express, business travelers, or anyone looking for a hotel with extremely convenient transportation. If you're looking for a staycation, a romantic celebration, or a luxurious feel, I would consider other more upscale hotels in KL.

The environment is great, and Central Station is right next door. The mall next to it is super convenient for exchanging money and buying souvenirs. There are welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge, and it's really easy to get around by train and MRT.
