Yosemite Business Hotel

I've stayed here many times. It's right opposite the Shunyi International School, in a villa complex. The hotel rooms are spacious, the facilities are excellent, and the service is great. I'll definitely be back.

🏨 A Major Letdown – My Worst Hotel Experience Yet I honestly can't fathom how this hotel earned its Trip.com 4-diamond rating. Is it solely based on room size? In a word – deeply disappointing. This has to be one of the worst value-for-money and most unpleasant hotel stays I've had recently. Unless you have an obsession with 'room size,' just skip this one. 🛌 A Sleep Catastrophe: Non-existent Soundproofing The soundproofing is an absolute joke. 1. Live next door: You can hear conversations and TV from the neighboring room crystal clear. At night, the person next door's snoring sounded like they were in the same room. 2. Built-in sound effects: The water running in the sink creates a booming echo. Forget about washing your face or showering once the kids are asleep; that echoing water sound is unbelievably loud and clear. 🛁 Outdated Facilities: Every Detail a Flaw Upon entering, there was a strong sense of 'datedness.' The so-called 'technology' felt incredibly perfunctory: 1. The bathroom had a foot-pedal trash can, but the spring was broken, so the lid wouldn't open... 2. The furniture edges were heavily worn, and the carpet was discolored and covered with dirt and fuzz, completely lacking the maintenance standards expected of a star-rated hotel. 💰 Stingy Service: Even Water is Rationed What annoyed me most was the 'petty' service: 1. Water costs money: Only two complimentary bottles of Nongfu Spring water were provided in the room. They actually charged 5 yuan for an extra bottle! Nowadays, even budget hotels offer unlimited free water refills, yet this supposedly high-end hotel is stingy about this. 2. Zero professionalism: When checking in, they didn't even provide basic information like the Wi-Fi password or breakfast times. I had to figure everything out myself. 💡 Final Recommendation My overall feeling is that I was fooled by the 'large room.' A big room doesn't equate to a comfortable stay. A hotel that can't even guarantee basic peace and quiet is truly frustrating.

The facilities are old and lacking. However, the front desk service was good, especially the staff working on April 12th and 13th. The breakfast was quite mediocre. The female server in the blue uniform on the morning of April 13th, who was asking for room numbers, had a very poor attitude. She couldn't hear clearly and then started yelling at guests with an emotional tone, refusing to move an inch to approach the guests. All the restaurant staff seemed indifferent to the guests. I don't recommend enduring such a frustrating breakfast experience.

The room was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. I thought it might be a bit out of the way, but surprisingly, food delivery was really convenient. There's also a good Japanese restaurant nearby. The environment is very quiet, and the front desk service was attentive. It's a great choice for business trips!

There was a slight hiccup during check-in, which initially dampened my experience. However, I must commend the staff member who was incredibly responsible and patiently helped me resolve the issue quickly. Their service attitude was gentle and thoughtful, and their handling of the situation left me very satisfied. Although there was a small bump at the beginning, the excellent service completely made up for it.
