Very satisfied. Although expensive, it's totally worth it. Definitely worth staying for a few more days.

I booked a suite, but when I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a twin room. I spoke to the hotel about it, and they said that because I requested *not* to have a corner room, and all suites are corner rooms, they assigned me a twin room in the middle. There were no suites available for the duration of my stay to switch to. Trip.com customer service tried to communicate with the hotel several times, but they wouldn't budge, claiming that the twin room I received was the same price as a suite. The final solution was compensation from Trip.com, and the hotel waived the children's fees. Although the hotel is beautiful, the service was truly outrageous.

This was the most heartwarming meal of our Da Nang trip, completely redefining my impression of InterContinental's service! We specifically came to try the iconic 'Non La' restaurant at InterContinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula. As soon as we arrived, the welcoming staff enthusiastically greeted us. Before we even made any requests, they proactively mentioned that they knew we were on vacation and wanted to capture the sea view. They had specially reserved an outer, sea-facing table under the 'Non La' roof for us. It was only after sitting down that we realized how precious this spot was: looking up, we could see the hotel's iconic giant 'Non La' silhouette, and in front of us was an unobstructed view of the blue sea of the Son Tra Peninsula. Enjoying the sunset with the mountain breeze was so much more comfortable than the indoor table we had reserved a week in advance. After we settled in, the waiter noticed we had a camera and kindly offered to take a photo of us together. He crouched down to find the best angle, adjusted for backlighting, and took more than a dozen photos for us, smiling genuinely the whole time. He was as friendly as a long-lost local friend, completely without the distant formality often found in high-end restaurants. I initially thought that popular resort hotels relied solely on their views, but after this experience, I realized that a truly great vacation is when you haven't even spoken, and the scenery and relaxed experience you desired are already presented to you. This meal truly became the warmest memory of our entire Da Nang trip. We will definitely choose this place again on our next visit.

InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, known as the most stunning InterContinental, is nestled on the Son Tra Peninsula, set against the mountains and facing the sea. Designed by Bill Bensley, it has a very distinctive style. The resort is spread across multiple levels connected by a cable car, and the private bay and cliffside breakfast pavilion are absolute must-visits for photos. The staff provide attentive service, and the rooms offer expansive views. The downsides are its remote location—about half an hour to get into the city center—waiting times for buggies during peak hours, and rather high dining prices. It’s ideal for a pure, relaxing getaway.

Living up to its reputation as the world's most beautiful InterContinental DANANG SUN PENINSULA RESORT by IHG, it features exceptional design, breathtaking surroundings, top-notch hardware, and impeccable service that leaves you lingering and reluctant to leave. The Saturday night BBQ bonfire party is simply amazing!

This was my third stay at the InterContinental Danang, and it was still a great experience overall. The hotel's environment and atmosphere consistently feel very relaxing, and the views between the mountains and the sea are stunning. This time, I was even lucky enough to spot the Vietnamese national treasure – the red-shanked douc langur. The staff, as always, were warm and polite, leaving a wonderful impression with their service. However, upon entering the room on the first day, I noticed a rather strange odor. It was a bit like body odor mixed with an air freshener scent, and it persisted. Since we were only staying for two nights and it was also Vietnam's National Day holiday, with a high volume of guests, we didn't request a room change at the time. On the second day, the housekeeping manager proactively called and asked about our stay in Chinese. After we reported the issue, the hotel took it very seriously. They quickly arranged for staff to change the bedding, brought us fruit and a more pleasant-smelling air freshener, and left an apology letter. Although the room's scent never completely disappeared, the hotel's speed and attitude in handling the problem were excellent, and we could feel their重视 of guest feedback, which is commendable. On another note, I still felt the breakfast was a slight disappointment. The overall quality wasn't really an issue, but considering the hotel's positioning and price point, the variety and selection of breakfast options seemed to have room for improvement. Personally, I felt it wasn't even as extensive as the breakfast at VOCO Danang. If they could enhance the breakfast categories, variety, and some unique selections, I believe the overall stay experience would be even more complete.
