The hotel is very new, and the lobby is great for working with complimentary coffee available. There is a restaurant downstairs with delicious and affordable food. The surrounding area is very lively with plenty of dining options, and it's a 15-minute walk to the light rail station.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy, and the staff are very helpful. Housekeeping is also prompt. For Chinese travelers, it's quite similar to the standardized hotels under the HUAZHU Group back home, offering all the essential services, including laundry. Although there are always motorbikes passing by downstairs, it's surprisingly quiet inside the room when you're sleeping; you can barely hear the outside noise. It's a pretty good choice overall. In summary, I feel that the service level of this hotel meets domestic standards, which made me feel quite at ease staying in a foreign country. The only minor drawback was that one day we left the hotel quite late and didn't remove the 'do not disturb' sign before 12 PM, so they didn't clean our room. If you want to avoid this, you might consider reminding them to clean your room before you leave.

The rooms are great, the service is attentive, it's safe, and transportation is convenient.

I booked a standard king room, but they gave me a windowless room without any explanation or heads-up. If a room has no window, it should definitely be stated. If it's sold out and they need to adjust my booking, they should at least inform me. Downgrading a room without telling the guest is a basic courtesy and common sense.

The hotel's facilities are indeed excellent, and the soundproofing is decent. You get free coffee and laundry services. However, there's still a noticeable post-renovation smell in the room. Security is very good; even though homeless people gather at fixed times, the security guards are considerate and stand watch inside or outside the hotel. The front desk staff provide excellent service, and the non-Chinese staff can converse in Mandarin. The location is undeniably great; it's just a three-block walk from Masjid Jamek station.
