The location is convenient, with some attractions within walking distance and close to the metro station. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Food options are also good, with many street food stalls about 700 meters away. Everything was great, except for the slightly small room.

I've always wanted to vacation in Kuala Lumpur, and choosing a hotel was a challenge. After reading reviews, I picked this one, and it didn't disappoint! During the day, there's a lovely lady who speaks Chinese, making communication easy, so no worries about language barriers. The hotel is also conveniently located near attractions; most can be reached within a 30-minute walk. The picture shows the beautiful night lights of Merdeka Square, which is close to the hotel.

It's indeed a room with a view, offering a glimpse of the Modica building. The room itself is small, but it's well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. Plus, the outlets are compatible with Chinese plugs, which is a nice touch. The hotel is also conveniently located near popular instagrammable spots.

There were absolutely no issues with the hotel, everything was great. However, I originally booked a room with a window, but after booking it changed to a windowless room. I'm not sure if that's a platform issue.

The service was great, and the staff could speak Chinese. The hygiene was also very good, making it feel just like being in China, which is really impressive, to be honest. It's also very new, and they even have robots for delivery.

The hotel isn't very large, but it's generally clean and tidy. It's very friendly towards Chinese guests, and the in-room TV offers a good variety of channels. The surrounding area is predominantly Indian, so the neighborhood itself isn't the best, but it's not too far from the main attractions.

The Indian lady at the front desk can speak Chinese, and she's incredibly patient and helpful – absolutely wonderful! 👍 There's some road construction nearby, so it's a bit like a construction site. I wouldn't recommend walking alone at night if you're a woman and arriving late. I ordered takeout but didn't get any utensils; luckily, the front desk had disposable chopsticks. There's a laundry room and a gym. It's very convenient to get to Petaling Street. The soundproofing is good, but the room definitely had a formaldehyde smell. I really hope the hotel addresses this issue.

The young lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese was lovely and provided excellent service. There's a 50 MYR cash deposit required. The hotel was very clean. The only downside was the terribly slow Wi-Fi; it was barely good enough for chatting. Is the internet always this bad in Kuala Lumpur?
