I'll try to be as partial as I can. The gentleman who checked me in was nice, and gave me a double room instead of the single that I've purchased. In fact, he also let me check in early. The lack of amenities like water and whatnot cannot be commented on as it's now Hong Kont law to not provide these things, so it cannot be a negative. However, this is where the real concerns begin. Location of the hotel itself is fine. My room's location however, was not: Every 30 minutes or so, there'd be sounds of water thumping on the ceiling above. It was almost like clockwork; it never really ceased. Speaking of water; the boiler has two temperatures, scalding hot, and ice cold. There was no in between. The tap in the bathroom however was just one temperature: cold. My bathroom had the shampoo dispenser and the mirror broken it seems, both of which have not been addressed for quite a long time. The safe was also broken. I had no real valuables with me, so this wasn't an issue, but in the event I did, I'd not have felt comfortable with this, especially given that there's no "do not disturb" sign. Keep in mind for taller folks, that you might not be sleeping very well: I am 185cm and from head to toe with the pillow present behind my head, my foot was touching the wall. I've had to sleep diagonally to alleviate this somewhat. The bathroom was also unfortunately very smelly. As a person who also operate a sleep accommodation myself, I can suggest that it's at least advised to pour enzymatic drain cleaners to get rid of the smell, albeit temporarily. Another thing of note is the license: I'm sure the hotel must have one themselves, but the guests will not feel assured seeing the expiry date on the license be... 6 months past expiration. Some guests do pay attention to these things. It IS a budget 2 star, I get it, but there were so many things that could be improved upon by simple maintenance. While the gentleman who checked in was exceptionally nice, this cannot excuse some of the easily fixable problems. 하수구 냄새가 꽤 심합니다. 제 방에선 심지어 30분마다 물이 누군가가 양동이채로 끼얹는 소리도 계속 났고요. 부서진 물건들도 꽤 있었습니다. (금고,샴푸 디스펜서 등등) 키가 185cm 이상이라면 추천 못드립니다. 제 키가 딱 그정도인데 대각선으로 자야지 그나마 발이 벽에 닿지 않았습니다. 체크인은 일찍 시켜주셨고 좋은 분이었는데, 그것만으론 단점들을 고칠순 없습니다. 기본 시설유지에 좀 신경 썼으면 좋겠습니다. 그것만이라도 더 했다면 더 좋았을겁니다. 방을 업그레이드도 시켜주셨는데 이게 업그레이드 한 방에서 일어났다면, 대체 안한 방은 얼마나 더 심했을지 짐작이 안갑니다.

Good location

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while there were some notable highlights, there were also areas where improvement could be made. First and foremost, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their hospitality truly made our stay more pleasant. The location of the hotel is undoubtedly one of its best features. It's very accessible, with a bus stop right in front of the property and an MTR station just a few steps away. This strategic spot also placed us conveniently close to popular attractions like the Avenue of Stars and a variety of famous dining spots behind the hotel, such as Cheung Hing Kee and Bakehouse. As for the rooms, while they were kept impeccably clean with daily fresh towels and duvets, they were quite small. The bathrooms, in particular, are so compact that it’s impossible to stretch your arms fully inside. Despite the size, the hotel does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness, with tidy hallways adding to the overall positive impression. Overall, this hotel is a good choice if you prioritize accessibility and cleanliness. However, if you need more spacious accommodations, you might want to consider other options.

Love the location altho the room is quiet small, but all in all this is better than any other rooms in HK :)

Small, convenient and close to mtr and nathan road

Got denied a room when I got there to check in. Asked me to pay an extra $200 on spot, reason being their wrong pricing at the app. Trip.com was nice enough to offer to compensate me the extra payment but I don't think it is trip.com responsibility. So I declined the offer and get another accommodation instead.
