It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful two days. The views of the bay are magnificent, and I especially loved the Cave of Surprises. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our guide, Harry, was especially attentive. Before the trip, we were worried about the language barrier, as we don't speak English very well, but it wasn't a problem. I'd especially like to mention the stunning cabins with balconies; the interior evokes a classic hotel style. The bus was also very comfortable.

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.

It was a really great tour. Our guide Linh was very helpful with everything and pick up details were communicated in advance and it was very smooth. On the way we had a restroom stop and a stop at a pearl farm which was nice. The boat was exactly the one pictured. It has a very large sundeck with chairs and tables which was great. Buffet lunch was very nice, I especially liked the fried fish. Apart from this, the activities were amazing. I did everything I wanted to do and I recommend everyone to also take the extra high speed boat ride. That was incredibly fun and we still had time to kayak and for my mom to take a bamboo boat ride after that.

The trip was wonderful, the food was delicious, the boat was beautiful, everything was very clean and tidy. The guide was very attentive, took photos, and accompanied us along the route. Thank you very much.
