AAnonymous User+ The room is comfortable, breakfast is good. The hotel is located close to Metro Tour station. There is a free coffee on reception.
Suggestion: the tile in a bathroom is slippery when wet. A floor towel to absorb water will make toilet and sink usage more comfortable.

There are also free cocktails in the executive corridor on the 6th floor.
The room has its own balcony and the facilities are very new.
The staff also took the initiative to give us a late check-out

GGuest UserIt's average, the room is medium sized, the main problem is that the soundproofing is poor. Living on the first floor, you can hear the noise from the front desk and the street, and there are a lot of texts. But the breakfast of this hotel is very good

GGuest UserExcellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Customer service is outstanding here. Free shuttle to and from STI is also a big plus. The UBER drivers in Santiago attempt to overcharge on all airport pick ups and demand payment in cash. The hotel shuttle driver was right outside the arrivals door waiting for me and it was greatly appreciated.

DDelvi SantosVery good food and service, and perfect location. The only thing I don't agree with is that after you pay for a suite, you don't have the right to a toothbrush and toothpaste because you have to pay for it.
