I spent a week here for WRC Mexico along with a friend and loved the hotel. Breakfast is early, the staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the location cannot be beat. For the rally, it is across the street from the service park. For Old Leon, it is a 15 minute walk.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

This is one of the most amazing hotel buildings I've stayed in. Built right into the rock walls that this beautiful city is built upon, with tress growing up through the middle of it, a giant breakfast room with huge rack wall faces, a beautiful seating area on the fourth floor, and a gorgeous rooftop patio with amazing views of the city. The level of service at the hotel was also terrific. Some of the best I've had in Mexico. People who really wanted to take care of any issues you may have. And attentive service in the dining room. Breakfasts were very good. Not included, but a fair value, and a wonderful place to start your day. And the location is terrific. Just off the main strip, central to everything. The only downside is that the rooms are pretty average. Better than average beds, but small and not great, with lumpy pillows. It takes several minutes for hot water to make it to the room. No fridge or coffee maker. and

my experiences from these hotels has been positive so far. this one stands out because i think the owners dont pay attention to it. the bathroom had no warm water or adequate water flow. it was spacious yes but i also wanted to bathe. the breakfast area is in the center of the establishment and only has natural light from the top which is 7 ? stories high. so if you have and early morning the area is not adequately lit. also the breakfast bouffet is lacking in choice. very few things offered. the bed excellent as always. for me 2 were the worst elements: i tried to talk to receptionist over the phone and he didnt speak english well and i found a cockroach in the restroom at the reception area. i know this is a hotel for short stay but isnt the goal of every hotel to have people converging no matter what?

I was really surprised about this great hotel. Located in the center of León I expected to face some disturbancies due to the traffic. I was wrong as inside of this spacious hotel it´s been absolutely quiet. A great garden with an absolutely clean pool just offered me a holiday feeling. The romos were equipped very well (fridge and microwave) and with a view into the garden towards the pool. Friendly and competent staff was always willing to give any quest a hand. and for sure I´ll be back pretty soon.

After the reservation I read comments about the service (bordering on regular and bad) especially for the lack of hot water and uncomfortable beds, still decided to check it out for myself (and my friends) and I was fascinated. I will definitely return there. Neither my friends nor I had problems with the hot water in our rooms, or the lack of bath towels or dirty bath towels as I read in the comments, all rooms were clean, the only problem in the rooms that touched me, was the telephone that did not serve to call the reception, as for the food, well because the buffet although it is not so varied, is good and accessible price. The restaurant has an excellent view of the city, the chef and all the people who serve you are very friendly, without a doubt, a place to return.

Located in the center of Guacheng, right at the university entrance. The alley is a joint square, next to plaza la paz. Breakfast is eaten in another shop diagonally opposite. A little bit cold, I mean the place for breakfast. The room is quite big, two large beds. The amount of hot water in the bathroom is sufficient. The disadvantage is that there will be a motor sound of the water tank pump at night. Good health, the beauty of the front desk is not very good, but the enthusiasm is beautiful. Take a taxi to the airport about 400-450mxn, uber around 250-350, more than half an hour, to cross several tunnels. Recommended

The old town house remodeled hotel, check-in and breakfast at the sister hotel LA CASONA DE DON LUCAS. Overall good, but the old house in the winter is very cold, you can ask for a blanket.

Excellent place for we went to a wedding , care if it was immediate and very good even if they could improve the facilities ,worry in the room but if very clean what is not noticed by the damage of the rooms

Super recommend the Balcon del Cielo hotel, about 400 per person. The recommended reasons are as follows: 1. Excellent location: The hotel is located next to Pipila, the handicraft market and the upper and lower entrances of the cable car are at the door of the hotel. 2. The hotel presents a cable car up and down card. With the hotel room card, you can take the cable car for free without any queuing. The only thing you should pay attention to is that the cable car runs until 9 pm, and you need to take a taxi back to the hotel after 9 pm. It's not too expensive for around ten yuan. 3. The breakfast provided by the hotel is at Casa Valadez next to the Juarez Theater. It is said to be one of the most famous restaurants in Guanajuato. Un hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del Centro y de la zona para comprar zapato en León, el desayuno es muy bueno y con variedad para que lo disfrutes, sin prisa y con la excelente atención de su personal. Se puede hospedar con familia o de negocios, cuenta con estacionamiento, centro de lavado, el acceso a las habitaciones es controlado. Vale la pena. Buen precio.

I had the impression that this hotel was a bit old and never gave it a chance during many years visitng Leon. Frankly speaking I was terribly mistaken... I wish I had discover it before! Hotel is sparking clean, well kept and comfortable for a business basis stay. But the best of all is the staff. There aren't negatives from the team. They are always available and fulfilling all requests from guests with a smile. Really, all the staff are who make the difference, since the warm welcoming up to the friendly goodbye as: ”this is your home, please come back again”. Now there are no doubts that Fiesta Inn is my favortie and only option to stay in the city.

I booked two double rooms last May 28th and I had no problem with the online agency that made the reservation. However, when the reception manager and the other person who supports it arrived at the hotel, it took 40 minutes to give me the rooms bringing system failures, this unfortunate experience leaves very bad the signs the hotel assumes The rooms are very clean and very nice and very large breakfast limited machine coffee and good care of the safety and health protocol very well

Nice and modern hotel, convenient for the airport. Rooms are wide and clean, although pillows should be renovated. Breakfast is pretty basic for western tastes. The reception is located at a higher floor, so you need to take a lift. Staff is friendly but not all have a good experience and they tend to slow down the service to ask for support.

The front desk is very welcoming, and the taste of lunch in the afternoon is better. NICES
