I recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.
Facilities
Fully equipped, comfortable rooms, well maintained gym and pool, modern equipment.
Services
Attentive service, warm and professional staff, timely response, make people feel at home.
Health
Clean and tidy, there are no dead ends in the room and public area, which is reassuring.
Environment
The surrounding environment is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, the room is soundproofed, and the stay experience is good.
No, there are supermarkets and many restaurants within 3 minutes. There is a restaurant run by a Korean couple 3 minutes to the left of the hotel downstairs. They serve Japanese, Chinese and Korean food. The taste is good, but the price is a bit expensive. You can try it. The only downside is that public transportation is inconvenient, and you must take Uber or Didi.

The hotel is in a good location, safe and comfortable. The old brand’s history and European style. Breakfast is also good, the hotel restaurant is also good, and free parking is provided.
It takes 30 〜 40 minutes by taxi from the airport, but you can move a little earlier in the morning or late at night. I arrived earlier than the check-in time but prepared a room without any problems. The room is clean and the water pressure in the shower is sufficient. One unfortunate thing was that there was no refrigerator, but there was no inconvenience because there was an ice pending machine in the hotel. In front of the hotel, there were shopping malls and supermarkets, and there were many restaurants, so it was very convenient!

The location is far from the tourist spots, there isnt a free hotel shuttle to drop you off at tourist spots. I recommend offering this for free since there are many hotel options.

Decent place, but the center rooms are really dark (might be good for some, but I like natural light). Staff was great but the rooms could be updated a bit. The dark wood and off white walls make it look a bit dirty, even though it is clean, especially with no sunlight in the room.

This is the second time I've booked. I really like the location. The cleanliness is very good. The parking could be improved, but it's understandable that it's not as accessible due to the small property. And like everything, there are minor aspects that could be improved, nothing that would detract from the comfort of the stay.

The hotel is a global brand chain holiday hotel. Get off the bus to enter the hotel door. The door did not come out to help with luggage. The reservation is a room that requires a high-rise view. As a result, both of us have arranged closed and opaque rooms that cannot see the exterior. The hotel negotiated that there is no square room. Only one has to increase the price, the government service is general, some high-cold attitude, the traffic is more convenient, the door is not very far from the cathedral, less than ten minutes walk

郭郭We stayed for two nights, the whole is very hygienic, the restaurant tastes good, the price is not high, but there are not many choices. The external environment is okay. There are two swimming pools and WiFi in public areas, but the rooms do not, and they are very simple. Apart from the bedding and basic bathroom, there are no other facilities. Of course, the price is just this package, so choose according to your needs .
GGabrielaMedranoThe hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom. The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.
GGuest UserOur room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it.
Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met.
All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by a complete range of restaurants. The room facilities are a bit old, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and the Wi-Fi is stable. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, suitable for business travelers with limited budgets but pursuing practicality.
GGuest UserWe arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good right in the middle of the city center.
The entrance is very small and somewhat dark, but the corridor of each floor is very bright.
The room is a medium size, but not that clean.
I faced a serious problem.
I could not open the safe in my room. I asked for help at the reception, but the person in charge of the safe had a day-off, and would not come to the hotel on the day and the next because they fell on weekend.
I was fortunate enough to stay there for two nights. The person in charge came to my room on the morning of my departure.
This is a typical budget-price hotel.
I could not have moved at all if I had stayed there only for one night because I put my passport and much cash in the safe.
FFraybentoI always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!
AAnny989The hotel delivers what it offers, an excellent location, clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast options are few, but everything is delicious and excellently presented. For a low budget, it is an excellent option for a stay. The staff is very attentive and friendly, from room service to the waiters in the restaurant. Sure we will back soon.
QQweebGood location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.
