VERY NICE THOUGH NOT ORIGINAL
The building looks as if it is original, the give away is the elevator going all the way up to the fourth floor.

Good view from the 3 storey tower
A very small but classic building to know the history of Akita. A fee of 100 JPY is collected but the view of the Akita city from this building is very good.
