    Great volcano, but can be hidden by its own clouds

    Well worth the Visit

    We saw more animals at mid morning than early as had been suggested. The alpacas are friendly. Tons of bird life and you need to stop and listen to their calls. The pink flamingos were scarce.

    Breathtaking view!!

    The view around the volcano is simply superb!! As it was a bit cloudy the day we could not see the crater, but the view of Lago Chungara literally took our breath away!! A must visit place. Be careful...
