Ancient folk house cafe style
Original Text
A memorial hall for Takashi Inukai, a manyo poet. You can enter for free, and in addition to the exhibition of poets' materials, you can eat and drink at a cafe. The inside of the store is like an old folk house and has a very nice atmosphere. There is a large parking lot near the store, and it is convenient to drive.
When I got off the steep slope of Okadera and headed toward Asukadera, there was a signboard of the Inukai Manyo Memorial Hall, and I was fascinated by the word free. Takashi Inukai is a researcher of Manyoshu from Osaka University. If you like Manyoshu, it may be a must-see.
It is a facility that displays souvenirs in commemoration of the achievements of Manyo researcher Takashi Inukai, and is also named the Nanto Asuka Fureai Center. It is worth a visit to the building in the old cityscape. I'm glad that admission is free. There is also a "Tsubaichi Cafe" where you can enjoy lunch and drinks while looking at the garden, curry rice, udon noodles, cakes, drinks, etc., and there is also a seasonal Asuka Ruby Sunday. It is a hidden place for Asuka tour.
It is a building that makes you feel the history of the black wall. In particular, the posts placed here are the same type as those used at the time of the founding of the postal service in Meiji 4 and are called "letter collection boxes". It's a landmark of Asuka.
I always passed by, but this time I stopped by. Admission is free, and there was also a cafe space. It is a museum that praises Mr. Inukai's achievements.
