Three curved platforms are built in front of the Poultny Bridge, and the water flows through nature to form three levels of elegant waterfall landscape, giving the quiet Avon River a dynamic and rhythmic atmosphere. It has also become a must-see place for tourists.
as always such an amazing city, stunning views full of history & lots to see.
The Poultny Covered Bridge across the Avon River is our next attraction, the three-hole bridge, although only more than 200 years old, but both sides of the store is very special. The flowing water under the bridge is artificially built, forming a multi-layer curved and arced waterfall, and the layered flow is spectacular. Although it is an artificial landscape, this artificial blending in the embrace of nature still makes people feel good in harmony with nature. We walked across the bridge and took a look at the ancient bridge in the small town on both sides of the bridge, then continued along the hillside streets, walking to the circular square and Crescent Tower less than 1 km away.
The view represents the level of architecture during a period.
A magnificent bridge, a lot of cars to play every day
The three-hole bridge that crosses the Avon River in Bath City is very distinctive, modeled on the original design of the Venice Rialto Bridge. The bridge not only plays the role of the bridge, but also is a commercial street. very good.
