It's a pleasant footbath.
It is still a new footbath, a 5-minute walk from Tenjinkyo Onsen Tenjinkaku. It may be a little difficult to get there when it's snowy, but it's just off the road. The hot water was hot and comfortable, and there is a roof so it's okay even if it's snowing. It looks like a fairly dark hot spring, and when I wiped my feet with a handkerchief on the towel ground, it was dyed brown.
