I stayed at Hotel Lovenil, so I found it in front of Biei station while walking around the city for a morning walk and stopped by. I don't know the details of when this clock / bell rings, but I would like to hear the tone once.

When you leave the station building in front of Biei Station, you can see it diagonally on your right. I couldn't find any instructions, so it's unclear what the origin is. It looks like a pipe of a pipe organ facing down.

A clock tower stood in front of Biei station, and a bell was attached under the clock. It was conspicuous because there were no other tall buildings, but in the early morning of the off-season, I couldn't find the tourists themselves, and no one stopped.
