Located in the Jingyuetan Scenic Area, it is a landmark landscape building of Jingyuetan. Go forward from Reservoir Avenue and climb up Guanyin Mountain, you can see it. The shape of this building is quite good, and Bisong Jingyue describes the beauty of Jingyuetan. The whole building is also a tower, the tower is a building, is a better commanding height. Now upstairs, you can see the scenery of the big opening of the lake of Jingyuetan, or you can overlook the blue sea and Songtao in the distance.
