We peeked in the windows!!
Since it was off-season (mid-Oct 2019) when we visited Chester, Lordly House Museum was closed, but we had fun walking around the property ... and enjoyed looking in the windows. It gave us a good id...

Interesting period home..
Well cared for home set in the village of Chester. Enjoyed seeing the original photos of the former owners and learning about the efforts to preserve the venue...recommend for a visit!
Theatrical learning
Our guide played (very well) the role of Charles Lordly (1791-1847), Chester's first Municipal Clerk, and owner of the house. So we visited his house and belongings, learning about his life. His offic...
