Sondur Dam is built on Sondur river which is a part of great Mahanadi River. The water of this dam is very clean and looks blue.

Great place to visit during monsoon to explore it's greenery and water scenes.Good for a family picnic.

Its built on Sondur river, a tributary of Mahanadi, in the district of Dhamtari, near Nagri village. Its a heavily built dam and gives u a thrilling view in Monsoons, when the water is at full flow.
