About 15 minutes walk from Hamamatsu Station. Admission is 100 yen. No photography of exhibits. The building was completed in 1930 by the former Hamamatsu Banking Association. It is designated as a national registered tangible cultural property. The designer is Yosukehira Nakamura, an architect from Hamamatsu and who worked at the office of Kingo Tatsuno.
