    Ashi Miura (William ・ Adams) is the first Englishman to come to Japan. In 1600, he drifted to Bungo (Oita Prefecture) by the Dutch ship Reefde (Captain), and came to Hirado in 1613. In the meantime, Ieyasu Tokugawa lived in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture as a diplomatic adviser and gave 250 Koku. It is said that the Holland and Britain were allowed to trade in the keicho era and established a commercial building in Hirado was large due to the power of the needle. ...
