20230312 Morning: 1. "Qixia Temple" is located in the "Seven Star Scenic Area" of 4A Scenic Area. The seven-star scenic spot is the landscape cave on the east bank of the Lijiang River. It is the largest comprehensive park in Guilin. It has a long history that began in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It has the footprints of Xu Xiake, Deng Xiaoping, Deng Yingchao, Suyu, Li Yanqing, Wu Bangguo, Li Tieying, Ten Panchen, Sihanoukville, Clinton and other celebrities. The forest coverage rate of 84% is called Guilin's green lung, and occupies two of the eight ancient scenes of Guilin, namely "Qixia Real Land" and "Hushan Cabernet Sauvignon". The "Seven Star Mountain" where the seven star scenic spot is located is composed of the four peaks of "Putuo Mountain" (Tianshu, Tianzhu, Tianzhu, Tianquan) and the three peaks of "Crescent Mountain" (Yuheng, Kaiyang, Xuguang), and the seven peaks are named after the Beidou Qixing, and the distribution shape is like the Beidou Qixing, and the Qixing Mountain is named after it. ① Address: No. 1 Qixing Road, Qixing District, Guilin City. ② Transportation: Direct bus, easy to stop by car. ③ Popular season: No. ④ Duration: 6 hours. 2. The north side of the square is the "Qixia Temple" area. Qixia Temple was built in the Tang Dynasty. It was named after the "Qixia Cave" in Guilin, the high monk of the Sui Dynasty. It was destroyed in the Buddhist movement of the Tang Wuzong. It was rebuilt as a Taoist view from the Yuan Dynasty to the 17th year of the Yuan Dynasty (1280), and it was changed to the Shou Buddha Temple during the Ming Wanli period. Qing Shunzhi eight years (1651) Hunrong monks took 33 years to restore Chengqixia Temple, become the Buddhist center of Guangxi Province, and expand the current scale in 2002. When Taiping Tianguo besieged Guilin, the temple was used as the eastern line headquarters, and the Tang Dynasty master Jianzhen Dongdu Japan was preached here. The temple is large in scale and is the most complete Tang Dynasty style temple in the country. There are also the largest yellow and poplar wood carving murals in the country. The temple is named by Zhao Puchu, the former president of the Buddhist Association. You can get three musks in the temple, and you are also encountering the practice of the main temple "Daxiong Palace" on the same day. The small courtyard on the north side is the Guanyin Temple. The temple is the highest Chinese white jade Guanyin statue in China. The pond, flower, statue outside the temple interpret the elegant and quiet of the Buddha Gate. Outside the temple is the "Hunrong Monk Statue" (born in the Ming Wanli period, at the age of 90, the place where the statue is located is the old site of his spiritual bone tower. He led the monks to fight the Qing Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty and built the "Listening Moon Pavilion" and "Half Day Pavilion", which can be spelled "Ming") and the "Chen Guang Martyrs Memorial Pagoda" (built in 1951, In honor of Chen Guang, secretary of the Guilin Industry Committee of the Communist Party of China, he was betrayed by traitors and arrested rather than die, and finally died 10 days after the founding of New China and 11 days before the liberation of Guilin).

I was looking forward to an attraction. Those people were prepared. We went shopping for about two hours. There was no parking space nearby. We parked far away and parked in the residential area for free parking.

The Xiangu Temple is in Hezhou Gupo Mountain. It has a long history and was built in the Tang Dynasty. It is probably related to the legend of He Xiangu. The Xiangu Temple is hidden in a forest and has to climb more than 100 steps to go up.
