To walk on the Mizukizawa Natural Forest Course, we asked Mr. Kubohata, who is resident in the Mizukizawa Natural Forest Management Building, to guide us. Mr. Kubohata was a wonderful person who has been involved in this job for 8 years since he retired from his official position as a fire department emergency medical officer. The trackbed of the Kiso Forest Railway, which used to run in this area (there are no remains of tracks or bridges), remains, so I went to a forest park that doubled as a forest bath and walking.
