The magical experience was my first introspective experience and it’s hard to describe in words how wonderful it was for me. It was only after seven days of meditation that I realized how our lives were so overwhelmed by thoughts, feelings, and pain that we didn’t have time to examine, feel, and know our true self. The environment is beautiful and we are in a very diverse, multicultural and respectful group. Our “mentor” Ben sister, very humble, intelligent, helpful and humorous, is easy to endure long meditations and practice deeply. If you are thinking about doing this, don't hesitate, read other reviews, build a strong mindset, don't expect, and be ready to enjoy a magical experience. If you can be as lucky to have Ben as I am, it will be even more special!
