Nice afternoon
This little museum is run by volunteers and just reopened for the summer season. There are lots of interesting things to look at and lots of history of the area.
Donation only to enter. I didn’t wear a mask some others did. Museum has lots of photos of the history of the area. Had short film/slideshow of all the movies filmed at the Lake.
Saw this museum advertised in a local paper and thought "Why Not?". If you enjoy local history and trivia, you will enjoy this little museum. The staff is well-versed in local history - everything...
We were given a tour by Rhea, the founder of the museum. It is quite small but loaded with interesting exhibits and artifacts. Definitely worth an hour of your time.

Amazing!
Interesting local history! See where the movie stars and famous people live or once lived! Local history very interesting.
For a small museum, it was top-notch!
