Excellent restaurant by the lake
Cooked meals looked good and our tea and cake was excellent with great views of the lake from the balcony.
Impressive fountain
Apparently one of the biggest bronze water features in Europe! (except Versailles?) its certainly worth a look at whilst walking around this picturesque lake
Water dragon?!
IMHO this feature was far more eye-catching than the ‘swan’ pedalo boats tethered in the middle of the lake!
Oh dear
When I first saw this creation, I wondered whatever had possessed someone to firstly, build it, and secondly, desecrate a boating lake with it. Sorry, its not my taste at all.
