The history before the Yamauchi family is detailed
Original Text
I stopped by because I had a little time on the way to the airport. It was eligible for JAF discounts. The parking lot was in front of you and 2F was the entrance, and stairs, slopes and elevators were installed from the parking lot. The exhibition centered on the period before Mr. Yamauchi such as Mr. Chosokabe, and the history of Kochi Prefecture from the old days was helpful. The slope along the way was lined with cherry blossom trees, and there were families who came to see the cherry blossoms.
The History and Folklore Museum is located on the hillside of Mt. Okatoyo and at the foot of the ruins of Okatoyo Castle, and is a stamping place for the 100 Continued Japanese Castles. The entrance is on the 2nd floor, and for those with disabilities, you can enter by elevator from the 1st floor. The admission fee is 470 yen, and the group and JAF members are 370 yen. I was planning to take a leisurely tour of the museum, but I was a little lost on the way from Kochi Airport to the Historical Folklore Museum by jogging and the arrival time was delayed ...
I went there for the first time as part of a tour of the 100 Continued Japanese Castles. There was a historical folk museum on a small mountain on the ruins of Okatoyo Castle. Along the slope of Yamashiro, it was a very nice building with a novel appearance reminiscent of the walls. I was able to stamp at the reception.

Convenient for hiking
It's a little hill. Not to mention the museum exhibition, it is the site of Okatoyo Castle and is a park, so it is also suitable for hiking.
