During my errand, I stopped by Satoya's residence in Okawaramachi, Miyagi Prefecture. Although it is familiar with the cityscape, the old-fashioned houses create a nice atmosphere.

Private houses in the early Showa period are open to the public several times a year. Showa １４ This building is built in the year using carefully selected wood. Japanese paintings are drawn on the walls, and １ books are used on the beams. The separation called Shinzashiki is from the Meiji era.
