Shenjiawan Wharf goes directly to Huaniao Island at 10:20, and the itinerary is 2.5 hour. If you don't buy a direct ferry ticket, you need to go to Sijiao Wharf, transfer to Xiaocaiyuan Wharf, and then from Xiaocaiyuan Wharf to Flower and Bird Island.
