The Pleasanton Ridge is a great place to hike by yourself to clear your head. It is safe peaceful and beautiful. Lets not forget it is a great workout. I have also taken a group of youth on this hike. They all enjoyed the the scenery too. I have made it to the top several times. You also can walk part of it and still get a nice workout. I now use it as part of my weekly HITS training. It increases my heart rate quickly and it helps me build cardio.
