viewpoint
Dankorei is a viewpoint on the Yashima mountain which is a flat hill in the outskirt of Takamatsu. From Dankorei a nice view of the Seto Inland Sea and its many islands opens up.
It is famous for the scene where Yoichi Nasu shoots an arrow, one of the battlefields of the Genpei Battle. It is also fun to visit the old battlefield. There are many tourist spots such as Shodoshima, Ogishima, Megishima, and Mt. Kinpira.
It is an observatory where you can see the surrounding scenery centered on the old battlefield of the Genpei Battle. There are guide maps such as Funahikushi and Yoichi Nasu's target, which were the stage of the Genpei Battle, so you can look back on the history by looking at them. In addition, you can see Mt. Goken and Shodoshima, and it is an observatory with a very nice view. In addition, art works are displayed in the mountain side plaza of the observatory.
It is one of the three major observatories on Oshima where you can overlook Dannoura, Shodoshima, Gokenzan, etc., which are the old battlefields of Genpei. It is a must-see because it is a spot where you can see a superb view.
One of the three major observatorys in Yashima with a good view
