Original Text
If I had no hand to come to Tokamachi City and not see the national treasure "fire-shaped earthenware", I visited the interval of appreciating art at the art festival of the earth. The white building, which opened as a new museum in 2020, is eye-catching with the outer walls of Jomon pottery and snow crystals. When the entrance is advanced, there is an exhibition corner called 'Kuni of Jomon period and fire type earthenware', and there is a national treasure exhibition room in one corner. "Fire-shaped earthenware" is a pottery style that flourished in the Niigata Prefecture area in the mid Jomon period, and it seems to have a burning flame ...
I visited a new museum that opened in June 2020. The exterior design was beautiful, and the interior exhibition composition was attractive. The curator's explanation was kind and polite, and I was able to understand it very well. It seems that it is not always on display, but the national treasure flame-shaped earthenware nicknamed 「 Jomon Snowflame 」 is a must-see.
Since my sister-in-law is acquainted with the director, I visited with the guidance of the director. The exhibition in the hall is beautiful because it has just been rebuilt, and I enjoyed it very much because of the ingenuity in the way of exhibition. There are many fire-shaped earthenware in the Jomon period, and many earthenware are made into national treasures, which is spectacular. It takes about 1 time from Echigo Yuzawa Station on the Hokuhoku Line, but I think it's worth the trip.
There is that Jomon-style pottery in the textbook. I was a little worried, but it was real, because it was seen too close, and it was a national treasure, it was real. There are many other things from the Jomon period, and it is a museum that you can enjoy.
