Dongyu Island is located in Boao Town, Qionghai City, is a small island at the mouth of the Sanjiang River (Wanquan River, Longgu River, Jiuqu River) covering an area of about 1.78 million square meters, once known by UNESCO as one of the most perfect places to preserve the natural landscape of the world's rivers into the sea.
